Material Information Reference to the above subject, Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year ending 31st December 2023 on Tuesday May 28th, 2024 at 11.00 am with a quorum of 65.6%.

The assembly approved all the items on the agenda including:

  • The financial statement for the year ending 31st December 2023
  • Appointing Mr. Bader Al AbdulJader from Ernst and Young Al Aiban, Al Osaimi Partners and Mr. Nayef Al Bazie from RSM Albazie and Co. Financial Auditors for the year ending December 31st, 2024.
